It's been 12 years so my memory may not be perfect, but when the last Lincolns were living in Moscow, they also had record snowfall. I remember 12 inches. Everybody shoveled roofs and had flooded basements when it melted. Several days of blizzard/white out conditions with the rodas going out of town closed. Logos had at least 1 snow day...maybe 2...after much humphing from Mr. Garfield. :-)

Well, I found a U of I web site and it claimed the snowfall for 1995/1996 was 45 inches for January and 13 inches for February. Maybe my memory of 12 inches was delivered in one fell swoop with more to come.
