A clump of Elvis' hair is worth more than my car.

"A clump of hair believed to have been trimmed from Elvis Presley’s head when he joined the Army in 1958 has sold for $15,000 at a Chicago auction house." ~MSNBC
WOW. Who would have saved this specific clump when he got a military haircut? Did they check the DNA? What kind of person would buy a clump of hair in the first place? Is that supposed to impress the ladies?
